Weatherproof, long-lasting Vermont Slate Monuments or Headstones can be personalized to provide a lasting memorial to canine and feline companions. Standard personalization includes pet's name, life dates and a silhouette (most AKC breeds and a generic cat are available). Maximum 12 characters per line. An additional fee applies for personalization other than standard design. (Please email us for details.) Specify dog or cat silhouette, dog breed, pet's name (up to 12 characters) and life dates when ordering. Monuments/Headstones measure 5 1/2"H x 8 1/2"W x 3/8"D.
